At WipeWell, we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Eligibility for Return or Refund

 


To be eligible for a return or refund, your purchase must meet the following criteria:

 

  1. 30 Days from Purchase Date:

    The request for a return or refund must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a return or refund.

  2. Condition of the Product:

    The product must be unused and in resalable condition. If you have opened the packaging but have not used the product, you are still eligible for a return.

  3. Proof of Purchase:

    A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must be provided when submitting a return request.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

 

  • Personal Preference:

    If you simply do not like the product or change your mind after purchase, we cannot offer a return or refund. We encourage you to carefully read the product description and reviews before purchasing.

  • Used Products:

    We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • Product Was Not Used According to Instructions:

    Refunds are not applicable if the product was not used as per the recommended instructions, such as using the disposable towel with improper techniques or on areas for which it was not intended.

 

 


 

 

How to Return or Request a Refund

    Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable). You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or mistake on our part.

  3. Processing the Refund:

    Once we receive the returned product (if applicable) and verify the condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
